Filing a claim for your Mizala Device Protection Plan is easy and convenient. You can do it online through the Mizala website or via our mobile app within 72 hours of the incident occurrence.

STEP 1: Log onto our website www.mizala.co 

STEP 2: Sign into your profile using the login button.

STEP 3: Click the "Claims" button 

STEP 4: Fill the form with the appropriate information and click the send button 

NOTE: The processing time for a claim under the Mizala Device Protection Plan varies depending on the type of claim, but Mizala strives to process claims within 72hrs.
